I truly love the cooking process, from selecting the ingredients and pairing flavors together to the nourishment the dish provides when it is complete. The kitchen is where my creativity can shine.
My recipes are loaded with veggies, healthy proteins, and minimal grains. I try to focus on seasonal local products. We are regulars at the farmer’s market. The other important aspect to my eating philosophy is variety. It’s the spice of life, err my kitchen. Variety helps me stay on a health focused path.
My goal is to inspire my readers to live a healthy lifestyle. The journey to healthy living has been a long winding path for me. There is no doubt that what nourishment I give my body greatly affects the vitality that my body is willing to put out. I love creating recipes that are health driven, but also taste great.
